Our silk face masks are lined with a very soft and natural cotton that is breathable, kind on the skin and avoids any build up of heat and sweat.
Our non-medical Cocorose face masks provide a stylish and safe alternative to disposable paper masks and provide protection and breathability.
Filter Pockets
Our face masks have an efficient filtration, however, we also offer a discreet interior pocket for an optional filter.
Adjustable Elastic Ear Loops
With a double knot mechanism so you can easily slide the elastic to loosen or tighten the fit.
Angled
Our face masks are designed and cut on an angle to follow the natural contours of the face, thereby offering a snugger fit, improved protection over the nose, mouth and jawline and comfortable wearability should you wear glasses (no steaming up of your glasses with these!).
Matching Storage Pouch
In true Cocorose style, each mask comes with a matching storage pouch which also helps to reduce contamination onto or from your mask to other surfaces.
Disclaimer - Our non-medical masks are not replacements for medical grade personal protective equipment (PPE) and do not guarantee protection against COVID-19. We recommend you practice the safety guidelines mandated by your government, the WHO and healthcare professionals. We recommend washing before use and after every time you use them.
Face Masks - Adults are One Size. We do have a small size for younger children - pleased contact us for details.

If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up to the next size to ensure a comfortable fit. Of course, each individual is different, and we advise trying the shoes on to ensure it's the best fit for you, with free and easy exchange.

Orders placed by 12 noon (Mon - Fri) will be dispatch on the same day, or the next working day. They will be delivered by our partners DPD / Royal Mail / DHL.

For All Deliveries:
Once you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon GMT (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. If we receive your order after 12:00 Noon GMT, we will do our best to dispatch the same day, otherwise it will be sent out the next working day.
Once dispatched, we will then email you with a confirmation of dispatch email which will include the tracking details for your delivery.
Your order will be sent with a tracked and signed service, so please ensure you or a representative is present at the delivery point to sign for it. If nobody is present to sign for the parcel, you can arrange for a redelivery, change of delivery address, choose a pick-up shop or provide a safe place for your parcel to be left. Where possible, we will use our courier’s notification service which provides you with delivery status updates by email or text.

The UK:
We offer free delivery on orders over £45 for which we are currently using Royal Mail's 24 and 48 hour shipping service. Our new facial coverings are being dispatched with Royal Mail's 24 hour large letter tracked.
International (Including EU):
International delivery costs vary depending on the country and region, as detailed in the table above.
We will be unable to redirect international orders once dispatched. All overseas orders are sent by courier and take between 3-6 working days to arrive. We normally use DHL and DPD, although we may also use Royal Mail International Tracked on some occasions.
Please note, sorry, that Cocorose London are not responsible for any local duties and/or taxes that may be incurred. We recommend you check on your government’s site for the latest tariffs in your country.
DUTIES (import duties and taxes):
It is important to note for our International Customers (including the EU), that governments may charge an import duty for items purchased from outside of your country. These import duties / taxes are applied buy the carrier when your order reaches your country. Cocorose London are not responsible for any local duties and/or taxes that may be incurred, deliveries are made using DDU terms (delivered duty unpaid). We recommend you check on your government’s site for the latest tariffs in your country. We have become rather knowledgeable about this over the last 13 years, so do please contact us if you have any questions.
Pre-Orders:
If you have placed an order for an item that is on Pre-Order, please note the estimated dispatch date. We will endeavour to send all Pre-Orders as soon as possible. This could be sooner than estimated, but please plan for the latest estimated date when placing your order.
If you have ordered other available items in the same order as a pre-order item, please be aware that these may be held back. To avoid this, we would recommend placing two separate orders.
