Hello Cocorosers 💗
Would you allow me to speak personally about the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II. I found this woman's commitment and stamina remarkable. Perhaps even something to be in awe of. But interestingly, as I found myself reflecting about her passing, my thoughts were of strong women in our families. Mothers, aunts, grandmothers... they just got on with what needed to be done. As a woman and a mother, I feel The Queen was another matriarchal figure I am able to point my children to as an inspiration to be strong, thoughtful, resilient and caring. Thank You.
On the subject of carrying on... We're back in stock with many lines, including our best-selling Alice above. Initially designed in collaboration with The Royal Ballet and taking inspiration from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. They've been modelled by Principle Sarah Lamb, other First Artist ballerinas, and most recently, featured in The Fashion Museum Bath 💫 These super fun ballet flats always sell out quickly, so grab your pair whilst you can 💗
And finally, thank you for all the support we received following my last newsletter about Facebook. We seem to be making some progress, but the impact this has had on our small business is heavy. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it soon.
Stay safe and sending you lots of love,
Janan & Team Cocorose xx
NOW WITH VIDEO
We've been adding lots of little video snippets to our website and you may have noticed that some of our trainers now have a mini catwalk video too, showcasing the shoes in movement. Browse our collection of fabulous trainers by clicking the button below. Seen here are the Hoxton White with Red Stars - a best-seller throughout the seasons and now Back In Stock.
There's a slight freshness in the air and the nights are just starting to draw in. It's the perfect excuse to light a beautiful candle and curl up with a good book and warming cup of tea. Seen here are the blushing Juliet foldable ballet flats. September nights never looked so pretty.
THIS IS HOW YOU COCOROSE IT
I'm loving the combination of stars and stripes on the trainers and the pretty ballerinas this week! Kicking off, we have Rebecca, who paired her Hoxton White with Gold Star trainers with a leopard print skirt 🐆 ; Olivia looks very pretty in pink with her Sandringham Pastel Pink ballet flats; and yes, that is me in the Hoxton striped trainers. Elin got hold of my phone and snapped this pic yesterday afternoon as we headed home post ballet.

LAYING OUR FLOWERS
Elin and I headed to Buckingham Palace last Saturday evening to pay our respects and lay flowers for HM Queen Elizabeth II. It was a beautiful, pink sky evening, and, although there must have been thousands of people milling about, there was a hushed silence throughout Green Park where we laid our flowers and took time to read through some of the heartfelt messages left by others.
