*Our couriers try their very best to deliver on time however this is not guaranteed as certain circumstances are out of their control. Our courier’s notification service will provide you with delivery status updates either by email or text. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man/Wight, and Scottish Highlands.
For All Deliveries:
Once you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon GMT (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. If we receive your order after 12:00 Noon GMT, we will do our best to dispatch the same day, otherwise it will be sent out the next working day.
Once dispatched, we will then email you with a confirmation of dispatch email which will include the tracking details for your delivery.
Your order will be sent with a tracked and signed service, so please ensure you or a representative is present at the delivery point to sign for it. If nobody is present to sign for the parcel, you can arrange for a redelivery, change of delivery address, choose a pick-up shop or provide a safe place for your parcel to be left. Where possible, we will use our courier’s notification service which provides you with delivery status updates by email or text.

We offer free delivery on orders over £45 for which we are currently using Royal Mail's 24 and 48 hour shipping service. Janan's new facial coverings are being dispatched with Royal Mail's 24 hour large letter tracked.
International delivery costs vary depending on the country and region, as detailed in the table above.
We will be unable to redirect international orders once dispatched. All overseas orders are sent by courier and take between 3-6 working days to arrive. We normally use DHL and DPD, although we may also use Royal Mail International Tracked on some occasions.
Please note that Cocorose London are not responsible for any local duties and/or taxes that may be incurred. We recommend you check on your government’s site for the latest tariffs in your country. Deliveries within the EU are not charged duties.
DUTIES (import duties and taxes):
It is important to note for our International Customers outside the EU, that governments may charge an import duty for items purchased from outside of our country. These import duties / taxes are applied buy the carrier when your order reaches your country. Cocorose London are not responsible for any local duties and/or taxes that may be incurred, deliveries are made using DDU terms (delivered duty unpaid). We recommend you check on your government’s site for the latest tariffs in your country. We have become rather knowledgeable about this over the last 13 years, so do please contact us if you have any questions.
There are no duties liable for customers in the EU.
If you have placed an order for an item that is on Pre-Order, please note the estimated dispatch date. We will endeavour to send all Pre-Orders as soon as possible. This could be sooner than estimated, but please plan for the latest estimated date when placing your order.
If you have ordered other available items in the same order as a pre-order item, please be aware that these may be held back. To avoid this, we would recommend placing two separate orders.
