Orders placed by 13:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. After this time, and over the weekend, orders are dispatched the next working day.

UK deliveries on standard delivery will be send on Royal Mail Tracked 48. It is possible to upgrade to a next day service.

Orders to Europe and North America will take 3-5 days from dispatch,

Orders to Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and South America will take 4-7 days.

Sizes run true to size, from our experience and customer feedback. With all Cocorose shoes, we recommend selecting your usual size. If you are in between, size down on trainers, and up on ballet flats. The Moorgate trainer is made with soft leathers that 'give' for a comfortable fit. It will also naturally stretch slightly and mould comfortably to your feet with wear.
