FAQs about Pre-Orders

When will my Pre-Order Arrive

Dispatch from our warehouse will be on or before 20th November. Expect UK deliveries to arrive by 21st or 24th November. Orders in the EU or North America will take 3-5 days from dispatch, and 4-7 days for the rest of the world.

What is the Exchange and Returns Policy?

As with all orders, we offer a Returns & Exchange policy of 30 days from delivery. For more information, please see our Exchanges and Returns pages.

Do You have an option to spread payments?

Yes - we have an option for you to use Klarna or Paypal at checkout. This allows you to choose to spread the payments across instalments.
