FAQs about Pre-Orders June 2026

When will my Pre-Order Arrive

Dispatch from our warehouse will be on or before 22nd June. Expect UK deliveries to arrive by 23rd or 24th June. Orders in the EU or North America will take 3-5 days from dispatch, and 4-7 days for the rest of the world.

What is the Exchange and Returns Policy?

As with all orders, we have a Returns and Exchange policy of 30 days from delivery. Note, it is from you recieve your shoes, not from the date of purchase. For more information, please see our Exchanges and Returns pages.

Do You have an option to spread payments?

Yes - we have an option for you to use Klarna or Paypal at checkout. This allows you to choose to spread the payments across instalments. PayPal also have Pay Later, where you can pay over 3 periods.
