Our non-medical Cocorose face masks provide a stylish and safe alternative to disposable paper masks and provide protection and breathability. Made from 100% premium quality, fine silk that is soft on the skin and designed for repeated, long term use and all day comfort.

Adjustable Elastic Ear Loops
With a double knot mechanism so you can easily slide the elastic to loosen or tighten the fit.
Angled
Our face masks are designed and cut on an angle to follow the natural contours of the face, thereby offering a snugger fit, improved protection over the nose, mouth and jawline and comfortable wearability should you wear glasses (no steaming up of your glasses with these!).

- We recommend hand washing but you can also machine wash on Silks and Delicates using a silk friendly detergent. Please wash separately or only wash similar colours together.
- Wash your mask after every outing. We suggest washing your mask prior to first use.
- Reshape after washing and then iron flat using the Silk setting.
- Masks are only effective when used in combination with frequent hand washing using soap and hot water or an alcohol based hand gel.
- Avoid touching the mask whilst using it. If you do, clean your hands.
- To remove the mask, remove it from the elastic ear loops, fold in half and store safely before washing. Then clean your hands.
- Due to hygiene reasons, these face masks are non-refundable.
- Please note that discounts cannot be applied to the face masks as we are donating to charity.

Delivery Information for Cocorose Customers.
Orders placed by 13:00 PM (GMT) Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. After this time, and over the weekend, orders are dispatched the next working day.
EU Orders : All EU orders will ship Delivered Duty Paid. This means any duty and Customs fees are paid by us, Cocorose London. The cost at check out, is the final cost. You will not pay any more for delivery.

Delivery Information on Pre-Orders:
If you have placed an order for an item that is on Pre-Order, please note the estimated dispatch date. We will endeavour to send all Pre-Orders as soon as possible. This could be sooner than estimated, but please plan for the latest estimated date when placing your order.
If you have ordered other available items in the same order as a pre-order item, please be aware that these may be held back. To avoid this, we would recommend placing two separate orders.

Our Returns and Exchange policy is 30 days from delivery.
At Cocorose London we offer a full return and refund policy. Here are the key points to action for returns or exchanges.
- All items returned back to us should be in their original condition and their original packaging please.
- We ask that you try all shoes on a carpeted surface, to avoid any potential soiling or damage to the out soles.
- Please complete the Exchange and Returns paperwork that accompanied your order, and please include this in your return. It gives a reason for the return and space for comments and exchange request details like size or style.
- Please can we ask that you email us at studio@cocoroselondon.com, along with your order number, and detail your return request (so we know to expect your returns). It really helps speed things up and save any exchange you may wish - Thank you.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of Face Masks.
- An items purchased on line may not be returned to a stockist.
Cocorose London Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, or have simply changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days from receiving your order.
Once received, the returned items will undergo a full quality control check. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Please note refunds can take up to 1-3 working days for the refund to reach you, once we have processed it from our side depending on the card or method of payment.
If you received a free promotional item with your purchase, this should also be returned to ensure you receive a full refund.
This is our Policy - but we are here to help. Any problems, please just let us know and we will work with you. We do recommend that you retain the proof of sending the return back to us - just in case of a dispute.
Retuning from the UK.
We've teamed up Royal Mail to make returning your items as hassle free as possible. Please also note that we will refund your standard, initial delivery charge. If you paid for an expedited or special delivery, only the standard shipping price will be refunded.

Faulty items or items that are different to those ordered.
If your items are faulty or are different to those ordered, firstly, may we apologise. We will provide a full replacement, exchange or refund of the items as long as they have not been used, proof of purchase is provided and the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any items, please email us at studio@cocoroselondon.com, detailing the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please ensure your name and order number are stated on your email.
In the case of a replacement, we will issue your new items within 2 working days of receiving the returned, original items. If we do not have any stock available for a replacement, we may offer you an alternative style or a full refund. Should a full refund be requested, we would ask that you kindly post them items back to us (at our cost) and we will then issue your refund once the items have been received.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect of the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
If the returned item(s) are not faulty or incorrect, we will process a refund minus any return shipping charges incurred by us.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.cocoroselondon.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. However, if you are not happy, we will of course accept the return.
