I hope you're managing to keep cool in this heat! Staying at home, iced lollies and drinks and paddling pools (remember, they're not just for the little ones!)... what are your top tips for surviving the heat?

Speaking of foldable flats, they're the perfect travelling companions for your holiday this summer.
