Design Notes
Originally designed in collaboration with The Royal Ballet, our dreamy Juliet loafers, inspired by The Ballet's iconic production of Romeo and Juliet, are beautifully hand-crafted with a lace and sequinned textile upper in blush and bronze. They look absolutely gorgeous on the foot and, just as importantly, are super comfortable to wear. Designed to be worn all day, every day as your first-choice footwear, they also have built-in functionality and flexibility, ensuring they can fold flat into their matching travel purse, for easy portability. Lightweight and compact, they're ideal for your commute, travel or evening out. And, with double cushioned, leather insoles, a soft, glove-like fit and a properly decent outsole, they're amazingly comfy to wear.

Orders placed by 13:00 PM (GMT) Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. After this time, and over the weekend, orders are dispatched the next working day.
EU Orders : All EU orders will ship Delivered Duty Paid. This means any duty and Customs fees are paid by us, Cocorose London. The cost at check out, is the final cost. You will not pay any more for delivery.

Delivery Information on Pre-Orders:
If you have placed an order for an item that is on Pre-Order, please note the estimated dispatch date. We will endeavour to send all Pre-Orders as soon as possible. This could be sooner than estimated, but please plan for the latest estimated date when placing your order.
If you have ordered other available items in the same order as a pre-order item, please be aware that these may be held back. To avoid this, we would recommend placing two separate orders.

Our Returns and Exchange policy is 30 days from delivery.
At Cocorose London we offer a full return and refund policy. Here are the key points to action for returns or exchanges.
- All items returned back to us should be in their original condition and their original packaging please.
- We ask that you try all shoes on a carpeted surface, to avoid any potential soiling or damage to the out soles.
- Please complete the Exchange and Returns paperwork that accompanied your order, and please include this in your return. It gives a reason for the return and space for comments and exchange request details like size or style.
- Please can we ask that you email us at studio@cocoroselondon.com, along with your order number, and detail your return request (so we know to expect your returns). It really helps speed things up and save any exchange you may wish - Thank you.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of Face Masks.
- An items purchased on line may not be returned to a stockist.
Cocorose London Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, or have simply changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days from receiving your order.
Once received, the returned items will undergo a full quality control check. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Please note refunds can take up to 1-3 working days for the refund to reach you, once we have processed it from our side depending on the card or method of payment.
If you received a free promotional item with your purchase, this should also be returned to ensure you receive a full refund.
This is our Policy - but we are here to help. Any problems, please just let us know and we will work with you. We do recommend that you retain the proof of sending the return back to us - just in case of a dispute.
Returning from the UK.
We've teamed up Royal Mail to make returning your items as hassle free as possible. Please also note that we will refund your standard, initial delivery charge. If you paid for an expedited or special delivery, only the standard shipping price will be refunded.

Faulty items or items that are different to those ordered.
If your items are faulty or are different to those ordered, firstly, may we apologise. We will provide a full replacement, exchange or refund of the items as long as they have not been used, proof of purchase is provided and the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any items, please email us at studio@cocoroselondon.com, detailing the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please ensure your name and order number are stated on your email.
In the case of a replacement, we will issue your new items within 2 working days of receiving the returned, original items. If we do not have any stock available for a replacement, we may offer you an alternative style or a full refund. Should a full refund be requested, we would ask that you kindly post them items back to us (at our cost) and we will then issue your refund once the items have been received.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect of the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
If the returned item(s) are not faulty or incorrect, we will process a refund minus any return shipping charges incurred by us.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.cocoroselondon.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. However, if you are not happy, we will of course accept the return.

I am became disabled after a life changing illness in 1986 and have never been able to wear heels of any size since. As a consequence, I never felt dressed up when I went out because of the struggle I had finding pretty, stylish and comfortable flat shoes. Then I came across Cocorose quite by accident and what a revelation. I wanted the sparkly foldable flats for an evening wedding reception in November, but they were out of stock and I was devastated and completed the 'inform me when back in stock' section, not really expecting to hear anything. How wrong was I. I cannot tell you how excited I was to find an email saying my size was back in stock. Ordering was easy, the size I ordered were a bit snug as I do suffer with swelling. The returns couldn't be easier - the postman even collected from my door. Cocorose staff could not have been more helpful, professional and patient. After 36 years I finally feel confident enough to go out wearing these shoes - I finally feel worth it. Extreme maybe, but 100% true. I cannot recommend them enough and have just my second pair and will no doubt have pair 3 by Christmas.

They are a lovely pair of shoes, fit like glove. I needed a pair of black ballerinas that are comfortable and smart as we are back in the office now. I will tell you how many complements I got as I am sure I will. One thing I would add into the shoe design is perhaps some sort of reinforcement in the toe area. Food for thought.
The foldable slippers were lifesavers. My feet were swollen and I was wearing heels. I bought the slippers as I knew I would need them at the end of the day—and I did! No regrets in purchasing them. I love the colour and the design!

I ordered because I wanted to try out a pair of leather Loafers , liked the idea of foldable shoes to take on business trips and to throw in bag . But was unsure about ordering shoes online , so ordered a cheaper pair to start.
I don't wear high heals any more after years of standing in high heals my feet are now arthritic and have a bunion, the Juliet fitted perfect are comfortable convenient and what surprised me was that I could walk on stones, shingle and uneven ground with. out feeling them under foot , like I have done on more expensive shoes from other brands .

LOVE the shoes, especially the Clapham. I would have in every color if they came in Size 12 US. Please consider extending current sizing. A LOT of women out there who would buy them. And have you ever thought about offering wide width?
