Returns & Exchanges

Cocorose London offer a full return and exchange policy.

Please note that we recommend trying on all shoes on a carpeted surface, to avoid any soiling or damage to the original product.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within fourteen days.

All returned goods should be in the original condition, in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. Before returning any product, please email us at info@cocoroselondon.com

We recommend insuring your return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for loss or damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods.

Items purchased online may not be returned to our stockists.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

Exchanges

Cocorose London are able to offer an exchange of size or style, depending on stock availability.

All returned goods should be in the original condition, in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. Before returning any product for an exchange, please email us at info@cocoroselondon.com, indicating the reason why you would like an exchange and what you would like to exchange the goods for. Providing the product is returned in its original condition, and we have the preferred stock available, you will receive an exchange. The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility however, we will despatch the new product at our cost.

Exchanged items can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We aim to despatch the new goods within three days of receiving the returned item(s).

Faulty Goods or Goods that are Different to Those Ordered:

If your goods are faulty or are different to those ordered, we will provide an exchange or full refund if the goods have not been used, proof of purchase is provided and the goods are returned to us within 14 days of despatch of order. Please email info@cocoroselondon.com detailing your request.

We will issue the refund, including any postage you have paid or incurred returning the product to us, as soon as possible and at the latest, within fourteen days of agreeing to give a refund.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.cocoroselondon.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.
