Delivery

We work with Pearce Distribution Services (PDS), a social enterprise company, owned and managed exclusively by visually impaired individuals. PDS fulfill and despatch all our orders.

We aim to despatch all parcels by the next working day but during busy periods, please allow up to 3 days once you have placed your order. This does not apply to Guaranteed Next Day delivery orders*.

UK Delivery

Our chosen delivery method is via UKMail couriers. Once items are despatched, delivery is scheduled for the following working day.

All orders require a signature upon receipt, unless we receive specific instructions on your order at the time of shopping cart checkout. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been despatched.

*For the UK only, there is a further choice of Guaranteed Next Day delivery. Please note orders must be placed by 12 noon to guarantee next day delivery. 

International Delivery

Cocorose London offers a worldwide delivery service via our chosen couriers, FEDEX. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been despatched.
