Exclusive! Cocorose London's BAFTA shoe
With the BAFTA awards just around the corner, we thought we’d treat you Cocorosers to a backstage pass and let you know a little more about our connection with BAFTA and the goodies that go in the gift bags that those talented nominees and presenters get their hands on. It can’t be found in any of the usual gorgeous boutiques, this shoe is available exclusively to BAFTA award nominees and the presenters, and this year is no exception. And without further ado, we present to you, our 2013 BAFTA shoe… 
This year we’ve taken inspiration from the big night itself! These canvas foldable ballet pumps are capped with luxurious gold and lined in a rich red. The gold is, of course, inspired by the coveted Gold Mask awards that are given out to the winners. And the red lining by the plush red carpet that is laid out for the occasion. These award-worthy shoes are then finished with an engraved Cocorose London buckle detail. Beautiful. Not only have we created this brand new shoe in honour of the BAFTA awards, but we’ve also created London Unfolded, a one-of-a-kind booklet that explores the symbiotic relationship between film and fashion. London Unfolded has been handed out across London recently (next hand-out is tomorrow morning at Kings Cross St Pancras) but if you haven’t been lucky enough to pick one up ... we will try and get a copy on line.
